Today I sent some lovely pictures to my friend David Ashton in Denmark. David is English and is a beekeeper. He lives in Denmark with his Danish wife, close to the crash site at Stadil and often emails me to tell me what the crash site looks like at various times of the year. Although we have been corresponding by email and letter for nearly 2 years, I hadn't met him until we went to Stadil in May this year. In the first picture, I am meeting him for the first time - at the site.

Dearest Jessie , Thanks for inviting me to visit your blog I do not have a lot of understanding of these things so I am very proud of you and Amanda for setting up such a novel communication method. I am better with a pencil & sketch book in my hand to try and interpret the world around me. We went yesterday Sunday on a very beautiful Sunny Sunday afternoon to Thorsminde and had a Fish Supper, and then travelled home via Stadil as we past the meadows with the crash site we had the most beatiful view of a White Tailed Fish Eagle , who flew over us she was like a Barn Door flying overhead blocking out the sun for a minute or two. I would love to be able to sit on Brighton & Hove sea front with you and share your thoughts & maybe even have a fish supper together. I have never seen it but I have always wanted to see the Brighton Pavillon and sketch it , but I guess I wont now but they say its the most interesting folly in the world, perhaps you might send me a Post Card of it & the seafront. Lots Of Love David ( Beeman )
